The LOA lets us file complaints with search engines, hosting providers, registrars and social networks. It also lets us handle the correspondence about these complaints. We'll show you a sample before you sign the contract.

We judge by where your customer lands
An affiliate site and a fake look the same. So we click the button ourselves and see where your customer lands. If we can't check a site, we mark it “not checked” and don't accuse it.
Your list comes first
Before the first complaint, we get a list from you. It covers your domains, mirrors, sites your SEO agency built and your affiliates. We don't touch anything on that list.
We file only after your “not ours”
For each site, we show you where its button leads and wait for your confirmation. Without it, we don't file a complaint about your brand.
Your name appears only in complaints
We use your brand only in complaints, and we don't intercept your traffic. We give the audit only to you. We publish a case study only with your consent. If you ask, we'll send an NDA before the call.
What we create for you is yours
For search engine reputation management (SERM), we create sites, posts and videos. We register them in your name from day one. When the contract ends, you keep all of it.
If we made a mistake
If we filed a complaint against your site by mistake, write to us through the form. We confirm we got your request within 1 business day and make a decision within 5 business days. We admit the mistake, withdraw the complaint from the platform and tell you exactly how we did it.
