1. General

1.1. These terms set the rules for using the bc.team website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Global Digital Consulting LLC, operating under the bc.team brand (the “Company”), address: 35 112th Ave NE, Apt 420, Bellevue, WA 98004-6424, United States.

1.2. By using the Site, the user accepts these terms. If the user does not agree with them, the user must not use the Site.

1.3. The Company provides its services under a separate contract with the client. If the contract and these terms conflict, the contract prevails.

2. Use of the Site

2.1. The user may read and save the Site's materials, quote them under the rules of section 3, submit forms and report websites that impersonate any brand.

2.2. The user must not: (a) file complaints or send letters on behalf of bc.team or the Company without the Company's written consent; (b) impersonate bc.team or the Company's employees or clients; (c) use the forms to send knowingly false information, other people's personal data without the right to do so, or malicious files; (d) generate automated load on the Site or bypass its security; (e) use the bc.team name and logo in a way that suggests that the Company recommends the user or works with the user.

2.3. The Company does not review messages sent in breach of these terms.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. The text, reports, research, tables and diagrams on the Site belong to the Company. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners. Mentioning them on the Site does not imply a partnership.

3.2. The Site's materials may be quoted with a link to the source page. Figures are quoted together with their definition, source and date. Republishing materials in full is allowed only with the Company's written consent.

3.3. Brand and domain names in the Site's examples are hidden. Publishing guesses about the brands behind the examples is prohibited.

3.4. Each example shows the situation on the date given next to it.

4. Forms and user materials

4.1. The user may upload only their own files or files that they have the right to use.

4.2. Data from the forms is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.

4.3. A free brand audit creates no obligations for the user. Takedown work starts after a contract and a letter of authorization (LOA) are signed.

5. Links to third-party websites

5.1. The Site contains links to third-party websites. Their owners set their content and terms. The Company is not responsible for them.

5.2. In examples, the addresses of malicious websites are given as text, not as links.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

6.1. The Site and its materials are provided “as is” for information purposes. They are not legal advice, an offer of services or a guarantee of results.

6.2. The Site may be temporarily unavailable. The Company corrects errors in the materials as they are found.

6.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, related to the use of the Site and its materials. The Company's total liability related to the use of the Site is limited to USD 100.

7. Changes to these terms

7.1. The Company may change these terms. A new version takes effect on the date it is published on this page. The previous version is available on request.

8. Governing law and disputes

8.1. The parties first try to settle disputes under these terms by email at legal@bc.team.

8.2. The governing law and the place where disputes are resolved are determined by the Company's place of registration in the United States.
