Who uses the name of a bank or payment service most often
Copies of login and payment pages
A copy of your online banking login or payment page steals the login, password and card details. On the day you confirm “not ours”, we file a complaint. We also send the page to Google Safe Browsing, so the browser warns your customers.
Lookalike domains
Your name with a typo, with an extra word like “secure”, or on another domain extension. We find them by checking similar names across domain extensions.
Fake support
A “support team” account replies to a customer who complained in public. Then it sends them to a fake login page. We take it down with a complaint to the social network itself.

A copy of the login page asks for the login, password and confirmation code. That is all it takes to sign in to the real account.

FAQ
Do you need a letter of authorization (LOA) to take down a copy of our online bank?
Not if the copy collects customer data. The hosting provider, the registrar and Google Safe Browsing accept a phishing complaint without an LOA. You need an LOA for Google and Bing search results. You also need it to get a domain back through UDRP (a domain dispute procedure).
Do you need access to our customers' data?
No. We need your list of domains, your countries, an LOA for search results and your trademark documents for trademark complaints and UDRP. We don't ask for your customers' personal data.
